Jenkins comes to us from a rescue we work with in GA. He is about 5 to 6 years old and has been in foster with a male and female dog and school aged kid. I just love this guy! Jenkins is housebroken.
Attention Rottie Lovers. Please meet Raquel , she is around 2-3 years old. This beautiful girl comes to us from a shelter where she was brought in as part of a cruelty case . Her past is a sad one, prior to going to the shelter, she was abused by her previous owner and was seized from that home for animal cruelty . The shelter reached out to us for help and of course, we took her into our rescue. She has made so much progress in her foster home but As a result of her past , she needs someone who can be patient with her. She is in foster care and does great with her foster family, she is very loving and trusting with them , She is quite the silly girl. She has a ton of personality, she loves to play ball , snuggle and grunts like a pig when she plays. She is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. Strangers need to go slow with her but once she bonds to you, she gives her heart 100%. Raquel is good with male dogs. She is not good with cats. We feel she would do best in an adult home, no small children. For more info contact MRR
Racquel knows her basic commands & crate trained For more information please contact Krissie at : Mountainappl@yahoo.com

With great sadness one of our prior MRR dogs passed away on Dec 4th 2014. We rescued this wonderful boy in July 2014. He was an immediate hit with all of our volunteers and stole the hearts of everyone who met him. He was adopted in Sept 2014 to Frank of PA and lived a wonderful, happy & loving life with him. Very sadly due to medical complications with bloat , Cooper/ Butch passed away on 12/4 . He will be greatly missed by all of us who knew and loved him . Our hearts go out to his dad Frank . RIP Cooper ” Butch ” We will never forget you, you will forvever live in our hearts …! “
